Increasing Transparency and Listening to Our Users

kasahorow is an organisation driven by the people who choose to use our content. We are always looking for ways to grow and improve what we do so our readers have the best experience possible. In our efforts to improve, we’ve been making some small changes to how we work that we believe will enhance our readers’ experience.

  • Our aim is to release new content according to demand so our readers aren’t left waiting for too long. Our magazine managers have agreed to set a 10 user limit, which means that no more than 10 users are waiting for new content at any time.
  • In order to increase transparency, we’re also going to release a quarterly report detailing our progress across a range of measures, such as the value generated through product development and the growth across our regions (take a look at our first report for March 2021).
  • Finally, we are aiming to address user feedback (given to us through our feedback box at the bottom of each page of more frequently and systematically. If you would like to tell us what you enjoy about kasahorow or if you have any suggestions for what you would like to see or how we could improve, remember that you can add a rating at the bottom of any page and submit your feedback (the more detailed, the better).

With these small changes, we hope to make kasahorow more accessible to our readers and keep us focused on our mission of inclusion.
